 nRF24LE1是低成本、高性能的嵌入式微处理器智能射频收发器家庭成员。nRF24LE1是为单片超低功耗无线应用而优化设计的,集成了高性能微处理器、FLASH存储器、低功耗振荡器、实时计数器、AES硬件加密器、随机数发生器、节能控制部件等并提供了一个理想的无线协议平台。使用nRF24LE1带来的好处包括与协议的无缝连接、安全性、低功耗以及改进的抗干扰性能。对于应用层,nRF24LE1提供了丰富的外设,如SPI、2线、UART、612ADC、PWM及一个低功耗的可作为系统电平唤醒的模拟比较器。

nRF24LE1提供三种不同封装:

超小型4mm×4mm 24引脚QFN封装(7个通用I/O);

紧凑型5mm×5mm 32引脚QFN封装(15个通用I/O);

7mm×7mm 48引脚QFN封装(31个通用I/O);
